Susanne’s journey began 44 years ago with a spirited Miniature Schnauzer named Toby, sparking a lifelong commitment to understanding animals and the bonds they share with us. Since then, her life has been enriched by German Shepherds, Labradors, cockatiels, cockatoos, and hamsters — each teaching her that every species, breed, and individual has its own story and unique needs. Today, she shares her home with Jimmy – a senior Boston Terrier and Pug mix and Ralph – her grand puppy Yellow Labrador. Their presence is a daily reminder that training should not be cookie-cutter and it’s important to create pathways that honor personality, genetics, environment, and family life.
